What happens to my cast credits? 

With Recast Sport Ltd having recently gone into administration, and with the platform now under new ownership, all wallet balances were cleared through the administration process. To the extent possible from the information available to us, wallet balances have been adjusted to deduct any free Casts previously provided. This takes into consideration any history of top ups, free/earned credits and credits spent.

Based on these adjustments, some fans may have been allocated compensation credits. These credits will be available as long as you log in and purchase content within the next 90 days.

Why can’t I earn free casts from watching ads anymore 

Watch & Earn is no longer available on Recast but there are still ways to earn free casts. Complete your data profile to earn 10 casts or invite your friends to join Recast using the unique share link found in your Recast wallet. When they sign up and watch their first video you’ll earn 100 casts.

What has happened to my data? 

With Recast Sport Ltd having recently gone into administration, and with the platform now under new ownership, the sale of assets, including your data has been transferred to Content Technology Partners Ltd who now act as data controller.
